An assessment of vehicle specifications has led to a radical change of policy at Carlsberg UK, a subsidiary of Carlsber Breweries of Denmark. The company found that the Volvo FL truck used by it is not meeting the needs of the business. A batch 18-tonnes-gvw Iveco was delivered to the company with the aim of improving productivity and safety. The generous specification of the Iveco 18-tonners helped give them the highest residual values at the end of five years.
