摘要
Spherical titanium powders were prepared by RF induction plasma technology. The particle size is essentially unchanged, while the particle size distribution is relatively narrow after spheroidization processing. X-ray diffraction(XRD) random testing of the spherical titanium powders shows no structure and phase changes. The content of O, H, N and C decreases, while the content of Ti increases slightly. It indicates that spheroidization with RF plasma can enhance powder purity.
