The ideals and philosophies on awareness for the proper conduct in professional life and leading an ethical life are discussed. An ethical life requires an understanding of the essence of the creed and a proper evaluation of personal acts. An ethical life is purposeful and a way that requires an understanding on personal believes. It validates believes through personal experiences, and emphasizes on the changes that may occur on the core believes. The paradigms that are reflected through these believes are family and cultural norms, desire for self-satisfaction, experience and convenience, and personal belief in a creed or code of ethics. A better understanding of a true belief is understood by the actions taken in the context of claimed beliefs and a proper coordination between action and believes.
