摘要
In order to test the effectiveness of electrolytic treatment of ships' ballast water and ascertain the time needed to destroy the organisms in it, the sterilized raw seawater with the alga (Nitzschia closterum or Dicrateria spp.) was directly electrolyzed. Water samples were observed and analyzed at different intervals. Based on the experimental data, fitted reaction kinetic models were established by means of non-linear fitting. The results are useful for the automatization in electrolytic technologies for ships' ballast water treatment.
