A new set of quality metrics of radar data source

摘要：
A new set of quality metrics of data source is proposed based on MMT system performance evaluation. The quality of data source is evaluated quantitatively from target numbers, echo numbers and quality, and density of echo. Simulation tests show that the metrics can reflect the quality of data source exactly and can be used to evaluate MMT system performance.
