Novel triazine derivatives with D-A architecture: Synthesis, structure, photophysical properties and application in LEDs

摘要
Two triazine derivatives (H1 and H2 ) were designed and synthesized. The structures of the target products were identified using 1 H NMR,13C NMR, MS, IR and crystal data. Both the compounds H1 and H2 show obvious high solvent discoloration behavior, high quantum yields, and mechanochromic stimuli-responsive properties. It is noting that H1 and H2 exhibit "on-off-on" optical switch behavior because of the combined action of aggregation-induced emission and twisted intramolecular charge transfer. The mechanochromic properties of H1 and H2 were also investigated systematically using fluorescence emission, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Density functional theory calculations explained the obvious solvent discoloration behavior. In addition, we fabricated four light-emitting diode devices using H1 and H2 . Each device showed a different luminous color, and the yellow color purity of H1d and H2h were 84.6 % and 91.9 %.
