摘要
Electric propulsion is a development trend of 21 century warship propulsion power. The concept of Integrated Electric Drive (IED), the new development and special performance requirement of propulsion motor are introduced briefly. The performance feature, topology structure and key technologies of high performance propulsion motors, such as Advanced Induction Motor (AIM), axial flux PM, transverse flux PM, High Temperature Superconductor (HTS) motor, are anatomized. The status of research and application of warship electric propulsion motor is analyzed and its future development is expected in this paper.
