Fomin introduced generalized Schur operators to generalize the Robinson-Schensted- Knuth correspondence. In this sense; generalized Schur operators are generalizations of semi-standard Young tableaux. We define a generalization of Schur polynomials as expansion coefficients of generalized Schur operators.
