摘要
In order to improve hydrophilic property and anti-pollution capacity in water treatment of the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane, the PVDF/nano-sized Al2O3 blend ultrafiltration membranes were made by phase reverse method. Distribution of nano-sized Alumina (Al2O3) in the membrane was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface pore size and sectional configuration of the blend membrane were observed by scan electron microscopy (SEM). Mechanical properties, permeability and hydrophilic property of the blend membrane and those of the original membrane were tested. It was found that the intensity, flux, hydrophilic property and antifouling of the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane were improved since nano-sized Al2O3 were added.
