摘要
The means of investigating the multiplexing capability of Rayleigh scattering-based distributed fiber optic crack sensing based on single-point crack model experiment results was proposed. The multiplexing capabilities of two kinds of typical hydraulic engineering concrete crack fiber optic monitoring programs were obtained. Combined with the cracks occurring near the upstream face of the Three Gorges project spillway dam section, the engineering applicability of the multiplexing capability of the fibre optic crack sensing was analysed, and the significance of the investigation of large engineering structures distributed fiber optic crack sensing multiplexing capability was further demonstrated.
