摘要
According to present situation of voltage and reactive power control of UHVAC power grid, an improved economic voltage difference-based reactive power and voltage control strategy is proposed. Through real-time coordinative control of conventional reactive power compensator at low voltage side and dynamic reactive power compensation in 500 kV power network, real-time balance of reactive power and voltage in UHVAC power grid can be implemented, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by simulation results of actual power grid. Implementation of the proposed control strategy can evidently decrease the switching operation times and reduce failure rate of power equipments; the reactive power loss of power transformers can be further reduced and economic benefit of UHVAC power grid operation can be improved; besides, the bus voltage fluctuation caused by power fluctuation of tie lines can be well suppressed, thus a better voltage quality can be attained.
