摘要
In this work, a fluorescence method based on a turn-on strategy to achieve detection of captopril was established utilizing Ag nanoclusters(AgNCs). Captopril as the second ligand can protect AgNCs through the Ag-S bond, promoting electron transfer on the surface of nanoclusters and enhancing the fluorescence intensity of AgNCs. Therefore, a sensitive method to detect captopril was achieved, which shown a good linear range from 5 to 60 μM with low limit of detection (1.12 μM). The proposed fluorescence detection system was applied in practical serum samples, indicating satisfying recovery and providing a simple and sensitive strategy for detection of captopril. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.
