摘要：
Criteria of assessment of design variants of technical systems, which take into account qualitative characteristics of technological processes, are studied. Models of mathematical programming for derivation of optimal by cost and quality of information purchase plans of space Earth observation data from commercial satellites for resolving tasks of natural resources and ecological monitoring, are derived. Some examples are considered and an algorithm of solving the optimal choice problem is suggested. © 2006 by Begell House Inc.
