摘要
In order to optimize the design of an SF6 circuit breaker (CB), taking the 550 kV high voltage SF6 circuit breaker (CB) as the investigation subject, we deduced a 1D mathematical model for compressive gas flow field. The distribution of Mach number in the gas flow field under cold gas flow breaking was calculated using finite volume method (FVM) to achieve the value of various parameters and the time series under different opening stokes. In the study of joint simulation for hydraulic actuator and arc quenching chamber, the interruption performance and dielectric recovery property under cold gas flow breaking were calculated by considering the effects of chaotic characteristics at shock wave on the breaking performance and setting four interruption acceleration of hydraulic actuator (a, 0.8a, 0.6a and 0.4a). The results show that, after adjusting the interruption acceleration, the pressure, density at the region of 150, 190 mm shock wave and Ma at the region of 220 mm shock wave possess higher values, respectively. When the interruption acceleration is 0.8a, the calculated average of dielectric recovery property is higher than experimental data, and SF6 CB exhibits better interruption performance. ©, 2015, Science Press.
