Aiming at the problem of manufacturing resource allocation in cloud manufacturing, based on the analysis of cloud manufacturing's operation mode and the process of manufacturing resource allocation, a cloud manufacturing resource service combination assessment index system which included QoS and flexibility factors was proposed by considering the uncertainty factors of manufacturing services process and the interests of each participant, and a bi-level programming model of manufacturing resource allocation was established on top of the assessment index system. Fast Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II) was used to solve the model, and the experimental results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and the algorithm. ©, 2015, CIMS.
