摘要
The crack repair method is hot topic because it is found on tunnel lining commonly. Lots of crack examples were collected and the main factor resulting in lining cracking were attained; the cracking mechanics of tensile cracks were studied by extended finite element; A kind of rapid consolidating matrix material was developed based on textile reinforced concrete to from a rapid repair method for tensile crack, and the model experiment of tunnel lining strengthened by textile-reinforced concrete was conducted. The results show that: asymmetric load, shrink of concrete, voids behind lining, slope, landslide and loosely pressure are the main factors inducing lining cracks; The Key indicator for tensile crack development is the eccentricity of the lining section, and it shapes as Λ; The method of rapidly repair method can play role in strengthening in two hours and it is useful to alleviate development of tensile cracks. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of China Civil Engineering Journal.
