Ultrasonic cleaning is an efficient cleaning technology, which has much more advances than traditional cleaning tech. Ultrasonic transducer plays an important role in the ultrasonic cleaning technology. Firstly, electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of ultrasonic transducer can be proposed based on the basic designing theory of piezoelectric transducer. At the same time, transducer frequency function, which has been used in designing calculation, has been proposed. Then, both transducer piezoelectric coupling analysis and sound field model of ultrasonic cleaning are established on the platform of COMSOL Multiphysics software. Finally, it is many improvements for current design that are proposed on the basis of analysis results.
