摘要
Application of molding insulation components in transformer insulation provides an important method to reduce the size, reduce loss and improve the insulation reliability. Accurate analysis and calculation of its use conditions for all sorts of stress and its distribution are the premise of design, manufacture, and finally better using of molding insulation components. We introduced the analysis and calculation of electric field distribution in transformer insulation system. At present, several domestic transformer factories undertaking the manufacture of AC and DC UHV transmission equipment, as a representative of the main enterprise, have high level analysis and calculation software and can satisfy the use analysis and calculation of molding insulation component. Meanwhile, several main molding insulation component production enterprises have great improvement in the selection of raw materials and quality control. Because of mutual cooperation in the design, manufacture and the use of more research results, the products meet the basic requirements of HV AC and DC transformer insulation. In recent years, they have been used in AC and DC UHV equipment, and the test results accords with equipment running status very well. They play an important role in improving the autonomization level of transformer industry.
