摘要
A fluid-structure coupled model for the exhaust manifold of an engine is built, in which the radiative heat transfer and material nonlinearity are taken into consideration, and a simulation on its thermal load is conducted. In addition, a bench test is also performed to measure the temperature and strain of exhaust manifold. The results of both simulation and test show that the highest temperature is located at the confluence of manifolds, plastic deformation occurs in some areas, and the location of maximum plastic strain coincides with fracture spot.
