摘要
In order to iron out flaws that using single mechanism reduction method, a new mechanism reduction approach that combining paths flux analysis and sensitivity analysis is proposed. And detailed mechanisms of methane and n-heptane are reduced by using this approach. The reduced mechanisms are compared with the mechanisms using paths flux analysis only and detailed mechanisms. The results certify that the using paths flux analysis and sensitivity analysis together can further reduce the number of species and reactions in reduced mechanism and maintain accuracy and that provides a new way for reducing large chemical mechanisms in reaction flow simulation. © 2014, Science Press.
