摘要
To improve the overall accuracies of screw rotor grinding machines and reduce the costs, ninteen geometric error models are built. The topology structures of the grinder machines are analyzed based on the multi-body system theory and their structures and movement characters. An optimal method of accuracy distribution is proposed according to the integrated accuracies and costs of the grinder machines. The objective optimization of different needs can be realized by adjusting the precision weights. The results show that comparing with the traditional experiential designs, the optimal scheme focusing on improving the accuracy can improve the overall accuracies in X/Y/Z axis by 27.5%, 45% and 52%; the optimal scheme focusing on controlling the cost can reduce the cost by 25%.
