摘要
Aiming at the technical difficulties of retaining roadways along goafs in fully mechanized mining faces under the condition of inclined thick layers and hard roofs, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, on-site monitoring and other methods were used, and the law of overlying strata migration in the stope with sloping thick and hard roof was revealed. By cutting the roof to relieve the pressure and retaining the roadway, the pressure on the roadside support body and the solid coal bank was relieved. The vertical stress distribution characteristics of the inclined and strike direction of the reserved roadway under the influence of multiple disturbances was analyzed. According to the stress distribution law of the surrounding rock of the cut-top roadway, the roadway along the goaf was divided into four areas, i.e., the original rock stress zone, the advanced stress increase zone, the lagging zone, stress increase zone and hysteresis stress stability zone. The principle of surrounding rock support in the roadway was put forward, and based on the regional characteristics, the plan of partition support and roadway retention was designed and successfully applied in the Bolin Coal Mine-2446(k26) along the empty roadway. The results show that optimizing the B-long cantilever beam structure of rock block is the key to the success of roadway retention. Through the technical means of cutting the top, pressure unloading and retaining the roadway, the alley side support body and solid coal support pressure can be reduced with good support effects, which proves the feasibility of the key technology of cutting and retaining the roadway with the inclined thick and hard roof. © 2023 Central South University of Technology.
