摘要
This paper aims at offering a modelling method for a 3D late phase nuclear accident, applied for a CANDU 6 reactor type, using a simplified mathematical model that predicts the movement of the corium inside the calandria vessel and shows the turbulence around the inner boundary of the molten pool. The PECM model was implemented using ANSYS CFX, and the results were validated and compared with Canadial National Labratories results, that used another simplified model. © 2019, Politechnica University of Bucharest.
