摘要
According to the define of mean deformation resistance, and considering the effects of Nb, Mn, Si contents, a model for mean deformation resistance of hot rolling Nb steel is constructed based on dislocation density. The model is adopted to predict mean deformation resistance and compare to the measured value, the result show that the model can accurately simulate the variety trend of mean deformation resistance. Combining the model with the models of softening fraction during interpass time and strain induced precipitation, and applying it to calculate mean deformation resistance of hot tandem rolling, a better prediction can be obtained, which indicates that the present model is provided with notable significance for increasing prediction precision of rolling force and improving controlling precision of rolling course.
