摘要
A low carbon goal-oriented low carbon generation expansion and grid coordinated planning mode was given, and a coordination degree evaluation index system, which covered power generation, power transmission and distribution, power consumption and power dispatching, was established. Based on combination model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with distance coordination degree the coordination degree of low carbon generation expansion and grid planning was evaluated. Firstly, utilizing AHP the index weights of different levels were determined; then based on distance coordination degree model the coordination degrees and development degrees of four subsystems such as power generation, power transmission and distribution, power consumption and power dispatching were evaluated to attain synthetic coordination degree of the whole system. Taking two provinces in South China as objects, the planning coordination degrees of different power grids were compared and evaluation results were analyzed. Finally, corresponding suggestions were given.
