摘要
Phenolic resin bonded NdFeB magnets were prepared by method of warm compaction molding. The effects of coupling surface treatment on the antioxidation of magnetic powders and forming technology on the properties of magnets were studied through the analysis of density, Br, Hc, (BH)maxand bending strength of bonded magnets. The results show that the coupling treatment can improve the antioxidation of magnetic powders clearly. The properties of magnets are the best when the compaction pressure is 620 MPa, the warm compaction temperature is 180°C and there is without second thermoharding, whose properties are the following: ρ = 6.12 g/cm3, σb= 59.25 MPa, Br= 0.6824T, Hcj= 730 kA/m and (BH)max= 78.2 kJ/m3.
