摘要
Magnetostriction and overlying effect, which are neglected in calculation process of vibration and noise for silicon sheet motor, are the main course of vibration and noise in amorphous metal transformer. This paper studied the factors influenced the vibration and noise of amorphous alloy motor intensively. Firstly, the magneto-mechanical coupling model is established based on piezomagnetic equation. Taking a amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor of 2.1 kW as an example, the magnetic field distribution, deformation and vibration acceleration under different power conditions are calculated using 2D FEM in consideration of, magnetostriction and overlying effect. On this basis, the sound field distribution around stator core is analyzed, its validity of calculation method is tested by the experiments. Then, through the study of three influence factors, electromagnetic force, magnetostriction and overlying effect,on the vibration and noise of silicon steel sheet motor and amorphous alloy motor, conclusions are, the magnetostriction has little effect on the vibration and noise of silicon steel sheet motor, but it is on the contrary for amorphous alloy motor. Magnetostriction and overlying effect can not be ignored on calculating the vibration and noise of amorphous alloy motor. ©, 2015, The editorial office of Transaction of China Electrotechnical Society.
