Vibration measurement has been performed in a full-scale field test of 6 story wood framework wall system. 6 microtremor sensors and 20 MEMS acceleration sensors were installed to understand the dynamic behaviors of the target building considering soil-structure interaction, and to estimate modal properties of the superstructure in translational and torsional vibrations. It is concluded that the overall behaviors of the target building are governed by rocking motion of the foundation subsystem rather than dynamic characteristics of the superstructure subsystem. © 2019 Architectural Institute of Japan.
