摘要
The paper explores implemented and predicted levels of energy efficiency for the nearest years, the economic advantages and ecological improvements associated with this. Special attention is given to questions of illumination quality using light emitting diodes (LED illumination) both from the point of view of visual perception, and of influence on psychophysiological state and general physical health of a person. New opportunities of creating a light medium comfortable and favourable for vital human activity when using dynamically controlled intellectual illumination are discussed. Different opinions are given not only concerning the advantages of light-emitting diode light sources (LED LS), but also about possible limitations of their application from the positions of photobiological safety.
