摘要
Stnictiiral system composed of high-strengtii steeI franie with energy-dissipatioin elements is one of the suitable sokitions tbr damage tolerant structures. The main structure is normally designed in elastic zone tor design earthquake level; however. there are still some risks to step into piastie zone in maximum considered eartliquake levels. Because of high strenht steel having high yieId ratio, it is coneemed to fracture early after yielding. In this paper, mock-up cyelic-loading tests of 800Mpa steel beam-colupin frame vith diagonal BRBs are carried out until of BRBs and beam-column connections. Their fracture meclianism investigated Lisipg detailed analyses, and estimation method tor tlieir aimulative energy dissipation capacities is proposed.
