摘要
By using a ECF-3Z model on the working process of a turbocharged diesel engine in plateau environment, the influence of injection advance angle on the combustion process performance at 4550 m altitude was analyzed which was verified by the experimental results obtained in plain area. The simulation results show that with the increase of the injection advance angle, the maximum combustion pressure and average temperature in the cylinder are increased and the initial ignition time is advanced, which result in increase in NOxemission and power. In the meantime, the enhanced premixed combustion and shortened afterburning time would improve the utilization ration of air in the center of combustion chamber. Based on these results, the angle was fixed at 6 °CA BTDC at 4500 m altitude. The experimental results show that comparied with the original advance angle the power is increased by 3.6% and the exhaust gas temperature before the turbocharger is increased by 46.6 , while the specific fuel consumption is reduced by 1.4%. © 2015, Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines.
