摘要
<正>The global water cycle intensifies under climate warming, with an increase in global mean precipitation as well as extreme precipitation over many regions(Trenberth, 1999;Chen and Sun, 2017; Douville et al., 2021; Yin et al., 2024).In addition, precipitation has become increasingly volatile in recent years. For example, both California and the Horn of Africa were hit by floods in 2023 immediately following prolonged multi-year droughts.
