Knowledge System Establishing of Innovation Methods of High-end Equipment and Knowledge Pushing of Preferred Innovation Method Sequence

Different linkages in a high-end equipment innovation chain require different knowledge of innovative methods. A partial or single innovation method could not satisfy the increasingly complex innovation activities. It becomes an urgent necessity to integrate innovation method knowledge and recommend preferred methods for computer aiding efficient implementation of innovation design of high-end equipment. Taking advanced rail transportation equipment as an example, a series of innovative methods are mined as basic information from the traced formation process of a number of major science and technology achievements and frequently used methods in patent technologies in the field by analyzing innovative features and key factors controlling the emergence effect of innovation. In order to make it become reusable knowledge that can be disseminated, learned and applied, the specific content of innovation methods is described in a normalized manner and modeled in unit data. The application scenario space of innovation methods in equipment field is constructed. Based on the structured ontology language, the knowledge model of innovation methods in the application scenario space is established to facilitate knowledge acquiring, storing, processing and invoking. A knowledge system of multi-dimensional integrated innovation methods is developed to systematically manage the dispersed innovation method knowledge. The evaluation indexes of innovation method applicability are structured and the weights are evaluated to establish the multi-method optimization and decision model, so a multi method sequence push method is proposed based on statistical principles to break through personal experience and provide a theoretical basis for programmatic automatic recommending. The implementation process of knowledge optimization and push application of innovative methods is constructed, and the operability and effectiveness of the knowledge system and the implementation process are verified by the application example of a design project. © 2024 Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
