摘要：
Die Prüfung dünner Beschichtungen für den Korrosionsschutz erfordert eine schnelle und präzise Messtechnik. Mit der laserinduzierten Plasmaspektroskopie lässt sich die Dicke und Zusammensetzung von Beschichtungen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit messen, wie in diesem Beitrag am Beispiel von PVD-Härtungsschichten auf Wendeschneidplatten vorgestellt wird.
