摘要
This study performed a series of centrifuge tests in the medium dense sand to systematically study the cyclic response of the bucket foundation. It was found under cyclic loading, the deflection of monopod bucket foundation keeps accumulating with increase of loading cycles. While the unloading stiffness decrease with loading amplitude and increase with loading cycle, the damping ratio decrease with loading cycles by a power function. The tripod bucket foundation exhibited a "self-healing" response under cyclic loading, resulting in little deflection accumulation. Due to the "self-healing" response, the unloading stiffness first increased then decreased with loading cycles, while the damping ratio first decreased then increased with loading cycles. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
