摘要
Abstract: The study is devoted to the production of protective adhesive copper- and aluminum-containing film coatings applied to steel 45 by a friction-mechanical method using a ductile metal rod tool. The work examines the interaction of films (copper-containing and aluminum) deposited on the surface of test samples using the finishing antifriction, nonabrasive treatment method. The properties of copper as a sublayer for the deposition of other ductile metals were studied. During the experiment, information was obtained about the conditions necessary for applying a continuous copper sublayer, the change in the weight of a steel sample before and after applying films of soft metals to it (including in several layers). The resulting composite coatings possess increased wear resistance, anticorrosion properties and a reduced coefficient of friction of bodies. © Allerton Press, Inc. 2024.
