摘要
This paper reported a SERS-based flexible substrate comprising gold nanourchins (GNUs) for thiram residue detection on fruit surface. Many protrusions and tips on GNUs surface have been proven to produce strong local electromagnetic field enhancement, which can improve the detection sensitivity. Meanwhile, compared with normal flexible substrate, this high viscosity SERS substrate possesses the advantage of lowest aging and degumming. The sensitivity, reproducibility and stability of this SERS substrate were evaluated. The thiram residue on the snow pear surface with the assembled flexible substrate by a simple paste-peel method was detected successfully. The results indicated that the relationship between the logarithm of the thiram concentrations on the sample and SERS intensities was linear in the thiram concentration range of 1 × 10-10-1 × 10-4 mol / L. The detection of limit was 92 pmol / L. This method owns potential application prospect in the field of food safety, environmental monitoring and public security. © 2021, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd.
