摘要
The trend towards intelligent logistics is omnipresent. This can already be seen today in the increased number of highly complex optimizations along the supply chain, which ensure greater transparency, accelerated processes and ultimately the fulfillment of customer needs. In most cases, economic improvement potentials justify the use of AI technologies in logistics. This article analyzes which additional ecological potentials can be exploited. © 2023 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.
