摘要
Hybrid nanomaterials are promising electrochemical active components for electrode fabrications of supercapacitors. In this study, a composite of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), e.g. UiO-66-NH2, and poly(3,4ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), denoted as UiO66-NH2/PEDOT, was synthesized via the in-situ procedure. The composite was used as a precursor for the synthesis of ZrO2/N, S-doped carbon via carbonization at temperatures of 400-600 degrees C. ZrO2/N, S-doped carbon/Ni foam was an electrochemically active electrode for supercapacitors. It showed specific capacitance and specific capacity of 227.5C g- 1 and 599 F g-1 at a current density of 0.5 A g-1, respectively. An asymmetric device was fabricated using ZrO2/N, S-doped carbon electrode as an anode, and carbon as a cathode. The system offered a specific capacitance and specific capacity of 130C g-1 and 81 F g-1 at 0.5 A g-1 with a maximum energy density (Ed) of 29 Wh kg-1 and a maximum power density (Ps) of 449 W kg-1. The electrodes can be used for 10,000 and 4000 cycles for three and two electrode systems, respectively without significant loss (7-10 % only) of capacitance.
