摘要
Using Fabry-Perot fiber optic micro-probe, the temperature and sound pressure were measured in an ultrasonically illuminated area. The pressure sensitivity was not affected by the temperature for an ordinary range of temperature. The temperature and sound pressure were measured by time-sharing with a tunable light source.
