In accordance with the requirements of the America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018, U.S. drinking water providers must complete risk and resilience assessments and emergency response plans. Large water utilities had to complete their assessments earlier this year, offering valuable lessons to their smaller counterparts as they seek to prepare their own. © 2020 American Society of Civil Engineers.
