Research of combustion diagnostics and testing in boiler based on radiation spectroscopy

Accurate and Effective monitoring of ame in modern coal-fired furnace is of great significance to the stable, Effective and security operation of boiler. Based on the research of spectral thermometry and emissivity for ames, in this paper, a ame detection system was designed and research experiments have been conducted in a 300 MW coal-fired boiler. During the experiments, ames of different burner at different positions were detected and radiation spectrums were obtained. Temperatures, emissivity of ames at different load were calculated. The results were given and analyses were conducted in the paper. © 2015, Science Press. All right reserved.
