Ultrafine-grained Cu-0.1at%Ge alloy was processed by heavily rolling at the liquid nitrogen temperature and then subjected to annealing at 150°C for 1 h. The microhardness and tensile behavior of ultrafine-grained Cu-Ge alloy were studied before and after annealing respectively. The results show that the microhardness and strength of the alloy are improved while the uniform elongation decreases by low temperature annealing.
