摘要
The influence of heat treatment parameters on residual stress of railway wheel ware analyzed with finite element method with consideration of coupling of temperature, phase transformation and stress. Residual circumferential stress in the tread of HDSA wheel reached 140 MPa, and the depth below the tread of the compressive stress region was 38.2 mm. The influence of quenching temperature, quenching time, temper temperature and temper time on residual stress was clarified. Among these parameters, temper temperature has the biggest influence on the residual stress.
