摘要：
The local dynamic effect under stochastic fluctuation wind pressure was systematically analyzed. The related formulas are derived. By using the method, the unitary dynamic internal force and bending moment for a column structure under stochastic fluctuation wind pressure are calculated. It has been found from comparison that the results have become more accurate when local effect is considered under stochastic fluctuation wind pressure. Moreover, some useful results are obtained. These are beneficial to engineering design.
