摘要
The paper presents the scheme of CDMA (code division multiple access) base station transceiver. The CDMA three region base station is incorporated into this standard which is defined in TIA/EIA/IS-95. Its receiver sensitivity is -117 dBm and the noise figure is better than 3 dB. The maximal effective radiated transmitter power is 60 W and the 3rd intermodulation products from co-located transmitter should not exceed 45 dB.
