摘要
Operation of the radial forging machine of R800 type manufactured by 'SACK' company has been considered. Under modern conditions of production, modernization of the machine is necessary. The modernization has been performed. This has been it possible to improve service life of the machine, to enhance efficiency of the machine, to expand its functional potentialities. New system of sensors and the monitoring devices has been installed in the machine. System for protecting the machine against overload has been improved. Filters for fine cleaning of oil have been installed. Sensors of temperature and level of the working fluid are used.
