摘要
In the companion paper, the theoretical formulas of projection velocity of splashing glass fragments were derived, and simplified analysis model the hazard range assessment of glass fragments was obtained. In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model, static material laboratory tests and of architectural 8 mm-thick glass panel with and of 600 g, 800 g, 1200 g and 1600 g TNT in-situ explosive tests were carried out respectively. The time history curves of explosion shock wave were collected by pressure sensor. The crushing process of glass panel and the projection velocities of glass fragments were also recorded by high-speed camera, and the relationship of the amount of explosives and fragments splashing speed was established. The glass fragments scattered in the room were collected, and the flight distance and distribution of fragments were measured. By the comparative analysis between the test data and theoretical model, adjustment factor used in the theoretical model is obtained. Finally, the accuracy of theoretical model for assessing the hazard range of glass fragments is verified by comparing the test results with the theoretical ones.
