摘要
The capacity building in the fields of science and technology is crucial to achieving global aims for sustainable development. Around 2 billion people in the world lack access to adequate energy services. More than 2 billion people live in water-stressed conditions. 1.1 billion people lack drinking water and 2.4 billion lack sanitation.
