Cyclic strength of threaded connection of drill pipes

摘要
Stressed-strained state of threaded connection and cyclic strength of drill pipes has been investigated. Various loads on the connection arise during operation of drill pipe string. Experimental investigations of the cyclic strength of the connection are very complex. Under such conditions, role of the strength analysis is very important. Mathematical model of the connection has been developed with the use of finite element method. The pipes have been manufactured from steels of 38KhN3MFA, 40KhGNMF, St45 grades. The model makes it possible to determine optimal operation of the threaded connection.
